Every engagement has a signed engagement letter with confidentiality terms, and an NDA is available before you share anything. Records are shared only through a secure folder or agreed system access, and you keep your own bank and EmaraTax logins.
One sales invoice, purchase bill, expense entry or standalone bank transaction counts as one. Matching a bank payment to an invoice already recorded does not count again.
